Life is sacred.
Conscious will soon replace the other words that replaced other words — ethical, sustainable, impact-driven, and so on.
We need to be wary of commercializing the sacred. In America, we started adding eggs to quick boxed cake mixes that never needed them, because a descendent of Freud, who didn’t want to be out of a wartime propaganda job during a time of peace, said they would sell better — food and eggs represented fertility and female worth in the popular psyche.
It worked, they went from being a stagnant product to flying off the shelves.
How are we measuring value and worth? Whose minds, and bodies are we responsible for nourishing in the process?
We are seeing an unconscious desensitization of the most sacred - wombs, planet, our elderly.
Life is sacred. When bombs fall it is like a dagger into a mother’s heart. What does it matter if the stock market is up, if the value of human life is down?
We can never actually corporatize the heart, instead we can only build companies as communities to serve healthy, loving, compassionate societies.
In 2021, I wish for us to embody grace: Grace is learning how to honor even the dishonorable. Grace is learning how to fully feel and honor every emotion as a process of observation. Grace is observing one’s self as an active process rebirthing one’s self through experience. Grace brings the gratitude for life into form.
What will you birth from it?
Love,
Wombkind
